Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CamWatch, we are committed to delivering high-quality CCTV installation and security services. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.

1. Cancellation Policy

2. Defective Equipment

If any equipment supplied by CamWatch is found to be defective at the time of installation, we will replace the defective unit at no additional cost within 7 working days. If unavailable within 7 days, a full refund for that specific equipment will be processed.

3. Workmanship Issues

All installations are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty. Issues directly related to our installation quality will be resolved free of charge. If unresolved within 3 visits, a partial or full refund of labour charges may be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours and processed within 5–7 working days.
